We also make available pre-built AI agent templates and allow users to create and deploy their own AI agents as a part of our Services. This kind of personal information helps us to improve our Services and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:

We may use your Customer Content or any personal data processed through the Zero Runtime Services to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model operated by us or any third party, with your prior written consent. Where we use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data derived from platform usage for the purposes of improving Zero Runtime Service performance, infrastructure reliability, or AI agent template quality, we will ensure that such data cannot reasonably be used to identify you, your end users, or any Customer Content.

d. We normally collect or use personal information from you or others only where we have your consent to do so, where we need the personal information to perform a contract with you, or where the processing is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your data protection interest or fundamental rights and freedom. In some cases, we may have legal obligation to collect or retain personal information or may need the personal information to protect your vital interests or those of another person. If European data protection law applies and we act as a controller, our lawful basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy will depend on the personal information concerned and the specific context in which we collect or use it.

Please note that we are a developer platform that enables its users to build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows. We do not control how the users configure or deploy such agents and are not responsible for automated decisions made by AI agents built by the user on our Website.

8. Protecting Your Personal Information

We have implemented reasonable administrative (organizational), physical, and technical safeguards intended to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, and other processing. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although our security architecture is intended to protect the security of your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Services.

10. Data Controller and Data Processor; Data Protection Officer

With regard to personal information, we may collect from you or that you may provide, we process that personal information as “personal data” as a “controller,” as such terms are defined in the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). We have a Data Protection Officer / Grievance Officer (as defined in the GDPR and the Digital Data Protection Act, 2023) who is responsible for matters relating to privacy and data protection. For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), all processing of Personal Data is performed in accordance with the GDPR.

For users located in Brazil, all processing of Personal Data is performed in accordance with LGPD.

We have a data processing agreement in place with its providers, ensuring compliance with the GDPR and all applicable regulations. All hosting is performed in accordance with industry-standard security controls. All transfers of data from the EEA are done in accordance with regulations.

For users located in India, all processing of Personal Data is performed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and applicable rules thereunder.
